English Courses

English + Lean, combined in one program.

Each course develops English fluency and business capability at the same time. Eight formats, mapped to how senior teams actually work — one-to-one, small group, or full cohort.

How it works

Who this is for

Two audiences. One curriculum.

Lean English Consulting works with two types of clients — individual professionals scaling their own roles, and corporate teams preparing for high-stakes English-language environments.

For individuals

Individual Professionals

Professionals working in English-language environments who need fluency that holds up under pressure — leading meetings, defending plans, presenting to stakeholders.

For teams

Corporate Teams

Companies sending teams into high-stakes English-language environments — international rollouts, cross-functional projects, customer-facing programs that need to ship in English.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know before booking a call.

Are the courses taught in English or French?

All training is delivered in English by default — that's the point. Tom is fluent in both English and French, so French is available where it helps a beginner cohort ramp up before transitioning fully into English.

What is the typical class size?

One-to-one for individual professionals. Small-group cohorts of 4–8 for teams. Corporate engagements scale to full department cohorts when scoped on the discovery call.

How long are the sessions and the overall program?

Sessions run 60–90 minutes for teams, 30 minutes for individual programs. The overall program is typically 8–12 weeks to measurable results, with longer engagements available for corporate cohorts.

Can the training be customized for our industry?

Yes — every engagement starts with a needs assessment that maps your industry context and the specific workplace scenarios your team needs to handle. Curriculum is built around those scenarios.

What framework do you use for the training?

The methodology layer comes from Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile — taught alongside the English vocabulary needed to lead each. The English layer comes from professional communication frameworks adapted to your industry's real workflows.
